You can contact us via call or email or visit our branches directly between 9:00am to 9:00pm.
6. Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
No, only membership fees excluding Personal Training fee.

Yes.
8.Do you have specialized equipment or facilities?
Yes, we have got top world class equipment, highly skilled and certified trainers for strength, cardio, zumba and yoga classes.
9. Is there a dress code for the gym?
Yes, we strictly advise everyone to be in their gym outfit and wear gym shoes.
10. What measures do we have in place for cleanliness and hygiene?
Hygiene matters the most to us. One will always find a clean gym floor and equipment, washrooms and locker rooms.
11. Can I transfer my membership?
Yes, one can transfer it depending on the type of package one has.
12. Are there any social events or member benefits?
Yes, members get free participation in events we organize.
13. How do I provide feedback or make suggestions for improvement?
You could send us your thoughts/reviews/suggestion on our email address.
14. Can we bring children to the gym along with us?
We recommend not bringing children on the gym floor for safety reasons.
15. What is our policy on bringing/referring a friend?
By doing this you get one month complimentary membership on each annual joining.
16. Can I book sessions or classes online?
Yes, one can book sessions online.
17. What kind of fitness assessments or consultations do we provide?
We provide the following all by certified and skilled people :
- Diet Plan
- Workout plan
- General trainer on floor for assistance
- Zumba and Yoga sessions
18. Are there options for family or group memberships?
Yes, one can visit the gym and discuss it with the team.

Yes, we have certified nutritionists among us to build you the diet plan that suits your body type.

Depending on your monthly package, actions can be taken.
